If you have or know somebody who has a cooling system pressure tester that would be where I would start. I have one and it has been invaluable in finding leaks. Another option is to drive the truck until it reaches operating temperature, better still take it out on the highway and run it a few miles. Bring it back to your garage and then shut it off. Pop the hood and start looking for tell tale leaking. The heat stove effect after shutting off a hot engine will raise the cooling system pressure such that it almost works like the pressure tester. Since you are emptying the reservoir that quickly you should be able to see the leak. Have you been checking your oil level and how the oil looks to be sure you aren't pulling it into the crankcase?
