Pop Off/Bleed off
What are ideal pop off and bleed off pressures?
7.3L turbo....
I had mine tested and they came in @ 1800 pop-off/1600 bleed-off...
Also, should I replace hte return lines and tees?

The 92.5 engine... If yours was a turbo from the factory it may be different (Higher).... but the standard IDI non turbo E code injectors are 1925-2075. You need to find out what code injectors you have installed.
The D code injectors for 92 and below 7.3 are 1800-1925, some installers think the 1925 for both is acceptable to interchange but it is not..............

I guess ill just replace hte 3 that were good anyways... (5 failed by the way)
Ill be keeping this truck until I have to rebuild it again...and again...and again...
