Noisy sliding rear window

Hi, On my 86 f250 regular cab, my rear window is always clattering around. Its worse when its open, but when I go over bumps, or when Im first getting in gear it rattles around like crazy.

Any suggestions to quiet the thing?

the wheather stripping /anti-rattle is shot replace it might be able to fit the anti-rattle stip from a door window in the track

In the track for the window there is no rubber or anything, just a metal strip. Is the stripping on the window paines or is that my problem of not having any stripping? Where is the stripping supposed to be?
