Hey how are you guys doing i've been a member for awhile but i have not posted much, so since i bought 01 f150 with a 5.4 i thought i mite start checking in more often and see what mods i can do to her with out spending tons of $$$$$...It's a bad *** truck i'll have to post some pic's of her....
Congrats on your purchase. I trust it's a badass as I think all F150's in this 97-03 generation are.
Start with the mods that your truck might need.... such as rubber mats, bug shields, etc. Then shell out the big bucks after couple thousand miles later that way you can identify which is priority. IE: If the shocks feel funny, then you would want to spend nice set of ranchos or other high performance first before shelling out on other stuffs. So forth..... I'll let other guys throw in some ideas....
smaug has got you on the right track. would go with true duals if you can. also, are going to be doing the work yourself? if so, then you have enough money after those upgrades for a 75mm throttle body or headers. i have them both and i am not sure which you should get first. i got the headers first.
