code scanner for 2.9

hello all
i am having trouble out of my 90 ranger 2.9.
it will start and run while cold, but it idles very fast, after it gets hot it will not run . it like it is not getting enough gas .i have a new computer installed and i am getting code 86 and code 89 with my tester. i have replaced the fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel relay. truck also has new distributor assembly all new wires and plugs. any and all suggestions would be appreciated. also what are the other 2 relays next to the fuel pump relay.

Are those the only codes? Does it pass the KOER test, and give a pass code for memory codes?

Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Any vacuum leaks?
