changing bench seat to?
I'm wondering what year, make, model seats, I could put in my truck. I'm looking for a split seat like 40,20,40 or 40,60. I was wondering what type of vechile would have the seat that would fit my 77 truck?

You can find what your looking for in the 73 to 79 f100 f150 extend a cab and bronco I hope this helps.

Like the guys above mentioned, do a search. I was able to fit a '98 40/60 into my '79. I used the hardware off my '79 seat and drilled and tapped new holes on the '98 (after removing it's hardware). It sits a little closer to the floor and is tough to move back far (so it sucks if your 6'+), it's slightly less wide than my orginal seat, but ir works and has a hell of a lot more cushion. I also like the fac that I can get something from behind my seat w/o having to swing the entire bench forward. A lot of your question depends on how much you want to fabricate yourself. From my understanding, almost anything from the 80's will be a near bolt on.
