body lift question

hey guys i know im gonna get flamed for asking, but i figured what the hell.

i have a 01 f 250 7.3 crew cab, short bed super duty. right now im running a 6" super lift setup with no blocks all springs, the truck rides great ! but im wanting to step up too a 39.5" tire as my max but i know i cant fit them the way it sits. i would consider body butchery (not) ! anyways im just trying to figure if this could work for me or not. i just dont want to get into re doing the whole suspension, the way i figure it is dialed in so well the way it sits, if i change it i need to change shocks, springs, brake lines, all kinds of crap. give me your opinions as well as pros and cons.

thanks in advance !!!

A body lift on a PSD will require modification of the intercooler tubes.

Suspension would be nice, just cost a bit since over 8" of suspension lift would require the use of crossover steering and trac bar relocation....along with shocks, brake lines, driveshaft modifications, etc...

If your vehicle is working well now then find a way to do the modification of the intercooler tubes
If you go for the body lift lets know what mods you made
good luck
