I finally found a spare wheel at a junk yard for my 99' F350. The greasemonkey said that it was for the inner dual. Is there a difference in wheels between the inner and outer, how about the front? These Ford 16" are sure hard to find, Chevy dually all day long, but Ford is rare here in Las Vegas.
Yep....with the pretty aluminum rims, the visible ones are aluminum, and the rear inners are steel. Pretty sure either rim will work as a spare as long as the bolt pattern is the same.........
The steel wheel will work on the front or back, watch out on the aluminum ones tho they should be marked front and rear. The reason for this is that they are only polished on one side so if the rears get put on the front and the fronts get put on the rear like mine came back from Walmart you will notice that they arent as shinny as they should be.

Yep all the rims will work on any wheel. Bolt pattern is the only concern. The steel rims are thinner than the aluminum ones so I don't know if you can run two aluminum ones together unless the studs are long enough.
I have 4 aluminum wheels for the out side. the inner wheel are steel. Which can be mounted either way. Also the aluminum wheel are marked for front and rear applications.
