I have a 94 F150 4x4 that when driving down the road vibrates. I thought it was the tires so I got new tires and the alignment is correct. It feels like it might be in the front axle. Any thoughts would be great.
I had a similar condition at highway speeds in my '93 Bronco 302, as you have the same front end, this may help. I too replaced tires, wheels too, had bearings repacked, driveshafts rebuilt, alignment, new shocks, new ball joints, etc., and the problem was rusted half-shafts in the front axle. Used shafts were installed in place of the old ones, and the vibration is gone. It was expensive though, the shafts can be over $150 (new reportedly $600 each) and taking apart the front end was not something I wanted to tackle, so I had it professionally done. I have no idea if this is the same problem you have, but if your truck spent some time in snow/salt (mine was originally from Buffalo) it might be the culprit. So good luck.
Just a little outside info. If the truck is driven on dry asphalt in four wheel drive, that would help explain the half shafts being the problem. But if the front end is unlocked and in 2 wheel drive, the half shafts should not turn, which points to another problem.
Have a look at the Universal Joints . More often than not one or both on the rear shaft will have at least 2 cups seized and worn . I just repalced the front U Joint on the rear shaft of my truck . Because of the central location of that U joint , it causes the vibration to travel and feel as if its a wheel bearing or something in the front end . All you have to do is remove the driveshaft and manually rotate the joints ...If the joint only moves on one axis , it needs replacing . Good news is they are cheap and Id suggest getting one that has a grease fitting ... Dana , Spicer make quality U joints .

I too have a vibration problem in my driveline somewhere, although my truck is an 86, I have done the tire changing, wheel changing, and u-joint changing and still have a vibe. in it between 20-25 mph. then it goes away. However, my vibration seems to be coming from the rear of the truck, not the front, any thoughts? thanks!
The driveshafts also are balanced and have weights on them ...check to make sure the weight is still attached . Also the brake drums have weights on them .
