Is this a 2wd or 4x4? For 2wd get these parts from a 2wd '73-79 F100-F350:
3 spd power steering column (shorter than manual steering column)
power steering box
p/s hoses, pump, brackets and pulleys for your peticular engine
Once you get the parts, it's a matter of swapping the power parts for the manual parts. The center steering column shaft will interchange between 3spd, 4spd and auto columns. So if you can't find a power 3spd column, just changing the center shaft would be an option. That's what I did with mine, used the original 4spd column but swapped in a shaft from a power steering auto trans column.
