my power locks
my power locks stoped working on my 2000 f-150 it is a two wheel drive 4door it has the 6cylinder. the locks still work a little but they will not lock or unlock all the way it is almost like they dont have enough power. my power mirrors stoped working at the same time that my locks stoped working. it also sounds like some clicking behind my sterio when i try to use my locks. if you could help me i would really appreciate it.thanks

there is a relay that i am unsure of its location. you sould be able to hear the relay click. in most cases you can't hear it over the locks. if they stopped working then you are hearing the relay. it may need to be replaced. i now of a few people that had to replace both locks and the relay was fine. right now my pass door lock is going out and my driver doors is working fine. good luck fixing what is wrong. fill me in on what you fide is wrong.

MIne does the same thing. Mine is a 2000 F150 subercab 4X4. my locks will click but wont unlok or lock at all. I cant even get them to work while im in the truck hitting the button on the door. I went to ford for the relay but they didnt have any in stock so now i have to wait for them to come in
