Gear timing

There is a kit to change the timing chain on our FE's to 3 timing gears anybody used one

I've never used one, but a few who have posted on the Net54 forum say that the sound gets annoying in short time. IIRC they weren't impressed with the overall quality.

Gear drive timing set ups sound cool, but for a stock to mild motor really have no benefit over a good roller timing chain.
