has anyone cut off the ears to connvert old style tape player to acomidate a new cd deck whats the easiest way. Im doing a frame off restoration on a 68 f-100 short bed. Started almost 2 years ago. Almost got her back together

Someone has a picture on this forum of a 70's Volvo install kit from Best Buy (Part# 99-9222) used in their truck. I bought one myself. I think it’s a good alternative to cutting the bezel. It only cost me 20 bones. Good Luck.
