Dana 50 outer shaft

The outer shaft on my TTB Dana 50 axle is 30 spline..........And the outer shaft on my new Dana 60 is 35 right......So will have to change my hubs inner drive flange to reuse my Dana 50 hubs is this correct.......

Dana 50 hubs will swap right over to a Dana 60 axle on older axles, but if you already know your spline counts are different then you already know the answer!

I take it your D60 has aftermarket axles, or is out of an 05 S/D? It should be 30 spline if it's a stock ford axle of 78-04 vintage, and the 50 hub should swap right over.
