Hello from a new guy
I found this site while looking for info on a problem I was having on a 96 Bronco that I have. I read a lot of useful info and am grateful for a place to go. I am 45 years old,was born believeing there is nothing better than a Ford and up til a week ago have repaired every problem that I ever had with any of my vehicles
myself. I own a 1978 F150 4WD,1996 Bronco,1988 Ranger, a very near to my heart 69 sportroof Mustang and a 1994 F150 Ext. cab pickup that is a whole story by itself. I also have another 96 Bronco that I used to turn the 94 F150 2WD into a 4WD. I changed every thing from I-beams up. All the interior including the dash and wiring harness,rearend and springs,engine bay wiring harness and computer changed to OBDII. My wife wrecked the Bronco and after a proper morning period and buying the 2nd bronco I decided I needed a 4WD truck so I did it on the cheap. luckily found a Rust free truck with a bad tranny to begin with. I have been driving it to work for approx.7 months with no problems.Any body that needs any info on this change I would be glad to help it was a lot easier than it sounds. Sounds like you are pretty knowledgeable about working on Ford trucks and making some major mods to them. Your expertise will be appreciated here. Make sure to check out all of the forum list and the state chapters, also. Lots of great folks waiting to meet you and your ride.
