Moving on
Sorry to say but I think I am moving on. Recently had unlucky #7 stuck by the side of the road in my Excursion, ANOTHER electrical problem. Hit a rough spot in the highway going 65, engine died, theft light fast flashing, I coasted off the road. The engine cranked but she woudn't start. Dealer said I had a short in the main harness and that they fixed it.
Problem is, that was number 7, and it is only an '02! Anybody else had as much trouble with their Ex? It is the 7.3L Limited, I am the original owner. I am trading it in for a fully loaded Nissan Armada LE. down sizing for sure.
Truthfully I am having trouble parting with my Ex even after all the trouble I have had with it, but my wife thinks I am gonna get stuck some time when I have the kids and it is 9 degrees outside. Support would be appreciated...
