Pyrometer Gauge Installation
Is there an article with step by step instructions and illustrations on how to install, route, and mount a pyrometer gauge? Just don't want to drill into anything that I should not be drilling?

There was an article floating around about an install.. Can't remember where I saw it.. Maybe someone else here has it available.. Few things to concider will be, Pre or Post turbo for the probe, gauge mounting area and/or type/brand.. Some EGT's require an amp. that comes with the gauge, which would be a little different to wire.. No huge differences, but there are just enough differences that an article wouldn't mention or cover.. Then there's units like Attitude Monitor gauge that might be an option?.. In order to be more 'specific', if you have an idea of the hardware you decide to purchase, 'and' mount, it would be easier to answer, and give direction.. Wire routing/colors, Lead wire ect.. Also, weather you plan to add other gauges as well.. I have a pic in my gallery of my 03 with a home made mount, with an ISSPRO EGT, showing the mount I went with, wire/thermocouple routing' as well as the probe mounting area I selected.. If you need specific or general info. do a search for Pyrometer, EGT, Exhaust temp gauge ect.. If you need help 'during' your install, you could probably PM most here at FTE that have done the job.. It's an easy install, with all the info. and resources here at FTE.. Also concider calling Motorhaven for your needs.. They make this site happen..
