375,000 miles
1. Wait till something breaks to fix it?
or
2. Go ahead and start refurbing everything? (If so I have no idea where to start and how to go about it, like remanufactured engine and tranny or if they can be rebuilt etc, etc...)
Any input would be appreciated, I am fairly new to the automotive world and a total tard when it comes to things with four wheels. TIA
Oh by the way it is a 1990 f-150 2WD with the Mazda 5speed...thnx!
If it pulls good steady idle vacuum, has good compression, I'd do a good tune up on it and start planning on a rebuild soon.
put a engine /clutch/transmission in it all at once.
375,000 miles isn't bad
