steering squeak

my truck has recently started making a loud squeaking noise any time i turn or move the wheel back and forth.its also much harder to turn now.it`s not coming from the steering box but is coming from the left suspension.i greased everything,but it didn't help much.what do you guys think it could be?

Have you checked your tire pressure lately?When they get low it will make it harder to turn.

the tire pressure is good.i think it might be the king pins.do i need any special tools to change them?do you have any tips that would make the job easier?
