basecoat/ clearcoat urethane. Paint shouldn't run if it is mixed and applyed right and sprayed at the corrected temperature using the appropriate reducer, and get the tech sheets for the paint and follow them, many paint companys like ppg have them online.

I would say all major brands are good paints.There is a lot that goes into a good paint job like,the skill of the painter,prep work and a lot of other stuff.If your going to have someone paint it for you,they will all have their own preferences on paint.Are you doing it yourself?Ask alot of questions about painting from your local paint supplier.They may have a tried and true system that will for you and they can give you alot of advice.
