Could just be the emergnecy brake switch needs to be adjusted. If not then you have a hydraulic problem with your truck. Check brake fluid level in the master cylinder. If you are almost out in either of the two reservoir that is why you have the light. You will need to find out where the fluid is leaking, at one of the wheel cylinders or the master cylinder itself. One thing that will make it easier if it is losing fluid is which reservoir is low. The big reservoir is for the front disc brakes and the small one is for the back drums.
