OK, my mom needs a new car now, and she isn't gonna be able to wait until I am out of school to help her, so she is looking at getting an 04 Chevy Cavalier. It would probably be a rental/return or lease return. Any ideas good or bad on this model? Anything to shy away from on them?
She is looking for small, reliable, great gas milage. I am looking for reliable, good milage and somewhat easy to work on.
Ideally she would be able to hold off until I get out of school, but the POS she has now is on its very last leg and she drives 30 min freeway to and from work 6 days a week, for the graveyard shift. So I would rather she had a car that worked and was reliable instead of trying to push the last little bit out of the one she has now.
