Fog Lights not working

Fog Lights not working
Hello Folks, 
My fog lights are not working, I don't have a clue of what can be causing this problem. I don't have the autolamp option but I have the little lamp drawing in the switch so I assume that if I turn the lights on and pull the fog lights should be on also.
The wire on the lights does not have power, they are not receiving any power, I check this with a tester, also the fog lights are there, the wire is there so they should be connected to the lights switch but I haven check that yet, I might damage all the lights ! ! !
Any ideas ! ???
