Can anybody give me some guideance? I have a 2001 Expedition with the code "EGR INSUFFICIANT FLOW" I have replaced the EGR valve, cleaned out the ports in the throttle body and still have the same code. Any input would be appreciated.
Funny I have a 1988 F150 with 275,000 miles on the original engine, clutch, etc and no problems (knock on wood), but it seems that it is always something with the expedition. Anyway blah, blah, blah
Thanks

Welcome Trophy Man: First thing that comes to mind is that the passageway between the EGR valve and the intake system is clogged with carbon. Easy fix.
Remove the EGR valve, spray some cleaner down in the small passageway and while someone else is holding the shop vac next to the hole, try a coathanger. I usually top off the project with an old guitar string in the Mighty Makita and let the string flail around in the port.
There are threads in this forum for the proper testing procedures for your EGR system.
