2001 7.3, 4wd Excursion Suspension Mods??

Hi All.
I just traded my '95 Dually, Crew, 4x4, LB. Diesel Chevy in on a Green/Gold, 2001 7.3L 4wd, Limited w leather. 46500 miles for $28.5K

My only 2 complaints with the ride are the steering is rather vauge, and the rear end "squirts". The springs compress and pop the body back up. and generally it seems to "lumber" along.
I really liked the dually ride in comparison with the stiffer springs.

What are the common suspension mods to tighten this baby up?

I have read a bit about the helwig rear sway bar.
Any part numbers?

Is a steering stabilizer suggested?

I'm not interested in lifting it at all, but I assume Ford put soft springs in it for a family ride and F250 stock springs would tighten it up? right???

I just bought a set of self adjusting Ranchos from Summit, not arrived yet.
(and a rose wood insert set, billet grill, a power programmer, K&N element, and a XM radio off ebay)

#What are the parts and PNs for all the good stuff to tighten this bad boy up?
I tow an 8000lb racecar trailer sometimes.

Thanks
Evan
