Code Questions

Hello, I have recently been getting codes 33 and 41 every once in a while. I never seem to get them alone, always with each other.
My questions: Is 33 saying that the sensor is gone, or is there some other problem with vacuum or something?
And is 41 just saying the 02 sensor is fried?
