C6 to NP435 swap, need pointers
Im swapping the C6 in my 76 F250 4x4 390 for a NP435 out of a 65 F250 2wd 352. I am getting clutch, linkage and pedals and a manual column from FTE members. My question now is about the driveline between the tranny and t-case (NP205). Will the driveline there work with the 4spd, or will I need one of a different length ? Different yoke ? Any help here is appreciated, as I need all my parts before I do the swap as this is my daily driver and cant be down long. Thanks, Trey.

You could change the mainshaft to a 4x4 version, but the only adapter for the 2x4 tranny case is the dana 20 adapter used in early Broncos. The difference is the 2x4 square bolt pattern and the 4x4 has a trapazoid pattern. Best bet is to find a 4x4 version of the 435.
