Same thing that happend in Wyoming. So I think the stator is fried again. Again happens when it's hot late in the day. Started to buck at speed on Hwy 96 then died. It's back at the dealership. Speedo head didn't make it in today either.
Thinking about just renting a cheap car and loading my camping gear and heading out.
Rollie if you or anyone else has Thomas's phone number could you get a hold of him and let him know what's going on. I have use or loose minutes so it doesn't cost me anything more to call him.
Thanks much for the good wishes. At this point they really help a lot.
Was able to get ahold of Thomas and I think we have a good plan worked out.
Well it just has to be Wyoming's fault. Everything was going pretty well then we crossed over into Wyoming and it just went down hill from there. Once would have been forgiven but twice in a row and I just have to say no to Wyoming.
Just a thought Jack, but have you thoroughly washed it since you got back? You know, to make sure any and all Wyoming dirt is off Mule. May still be contaminated. LOL
Yep! Yesterday was a good day. Picked up Mule. Went and give Mule a bath. Last weekend I flooded the tailgate and flushed out a 5 galon bucket of red sand. Went and had my hair cut. Then went to Hog Wild and had BBQ. Only bad thing about the whole day was Mule had a hickup on the way home and then when it happened again this morning I just knew what was going to happen. Just glad it died before I was away from home.
Well Thomas and I hooked up in Denver. We are headed for South Park and then St. Elmo. Any one have a message to give to Cartman, Kyle, Stan, or Kenny?
We do have a story already. Local LEO(cops) were at the motel in force last night.
