57 - 60 drag link
hey guys, could some one tell me if the drag link on the 57 - 60 f100 is meant to be straight or has it got a bend in it. normaly i would have said it was straight but i have three at home of various years and all have a bent drag link, why i am asking though is because all three look to have chain marks in the bent area, so i thought the bent drag link may just be a by product of slack transport opperators.
if it is meant to have a bend, how much?

my truck had a straight one when I bought it, when I rebuilt the front end (1975) the replacement one was bent, still don"t know if the bend end goes on the pitman arm or the spindle?, but Ive had it on both ways and didn't notice any difference, maybe someone can enlighten me too.......
