I'll try to get a better pic. It has a little knured **** on to that can be turned so I don't think it is a fuel pump kill switch. Has an "up arrow" on it so it has to be mounted like you see it. Has wires coming out of it.

Mystery solved. I removed the thing so I could take a look at the back. Says Seco-larm. The wires lead to a place on the firewall where something used to be mounted. Guess it had an alarm system at one time and the little box is an adjustable motion switch.
