Lowered I-bean binding

I installed a set of lowered I-beams in my 65 F100, but it seems that the driver's side is binding and won't give the full "up" travel that the passenger side gives. I've been working in cramped quarters (don't have the luxury of a hoist) so it's difficult to see what is binding. I'll take another look tonight - but has anyone encountered this before?

That is strange, I have a set of AIM drops in my 66....and the only problem I ran into was the turning radius. They were a smooth install otherwise.

Dumb question....did you install the shorter shocks?

I haven't done dropped I-Beams but I would do a very thourough inspection and see if I could determine any impact points which would be revealed by missing or crushed paint finishes. I have done a lot of failed test investigations and almost everything leaves some kind of trail - kinda CSI stuff without the writers. If you have your driver's side wheel off and the truck supported under the king pin you could watch while your ~heavy~ friend puts weight on the bumper - being careful to stay clear of the wheel wheel.
