Overheating?

I'll throw mine in here just as another bearing;
250 miles since rebuild, new 4 core radiator, 180* thermostate, mechanical and electrical temp gauges. So far it hasn't gone above 180*. The real test is when I start towing with it this summer.
Typically it should run hotter when fresh since the motor is tighter.
Did you check the orientation of your head gaskets? I almost missed the fact I put one on backwards. Ended up taking the top end apart to fix it, what a PITA but glad I caught it cause it would've caused heating problems.
