run your hands down the lines see if you can feel a spot where its ruptured be careful on this though there could be sharp spots where it ruptured. check make sure the cap is on. remember if its leaking bad not only dont you have less power steering but less power brakes too. fire it up and see if ya can see where its spraying out of too

i pulled off the lower cover under the steering colume and followed the break linkage to a plundger coming thru the fire wall, my finger got wet w/ oil.
now the break fluid is fine the p/s fluid is always low. what part do i need to order? is it a hard job to change? i am a telcom tech by trade but lots of tools, very mechanical.
tks

im an electrician dont get me started on telcom guys...j/k
should just need a brake booster. sounds like the back of its is leaking and its coming down the mastersyl boot. sure its powersteering fluid??? there not to bad to change at all. i havent done one in a superduty yet, but the one in the OBS trucks are easy. just onbolt where shaft goes through firewall and if i remeber correctly theres 4 bolts holding the mastercyl, boost assymbly on the firewall can pull that away and the master cyl unbolts off the booster and yank it out slide the new one in reconnect hose to it and reinstall. i dont have a manual for the SD yet, but thats all it intailed from a OBS truck
