Hello, I just stumbled across FTE by accident and joined you all. I just got a 1960 F 100. I'm looking for front body mounts for it. At first I thought just the front part of the floor was rotted but as I looked under I saw where the body mount is (supposed to be) welded to the floor was not there. Does anyone know where I might find them?
I just ordererd from Classic fabrication (body mounts). $146.00 with shipping for the pair. I'll Let you know how they are. The guy at Classic told me he couldn't make that little bend up(about 3/8") so the floor has to be flat. I made my own floor sections
The body mounts came. They are pretty basic stuff. I'll be able to work with them OK. I would recomend Classic Fabrication to anyone out there. Just keep in mind that if you are making your own floor sections keep them flat where the body mounts get welded to. The guy can't make that little bend up at the end.
