How Tough Is It

Am I just worrying to much? I have an 04 F150 Lariate Supercab 4x4 that I installed the Daystar 2 1/2 inch leveling kit on and today had 305/70/17 Wrangler MT/R's mounted on the Eagle series 187 17/9 wheels today. The truck looks awesome, but I worry about the frontend just breaking because of the larger tire size. Has anyone else had any major problems from the larger tire?

If it "breaks" just because of a leveling kit and larger tires, there'd be thousands of them broken all over America.

I have the same tires, size and a different set of eagle rims i think they are the sieries 167, 17X9. I have put on over 25,000km in the last year, with lots of off road. No problems, besides a bent crossmember, that was my fault thought. You should be fine.

That front end can very safely handle 35+ tires. Your 33's won't hurt a thing.

Thanks for the reassurance. Had the front end aligned today. Should be good to go.
