On Chip Foose they lowered the cowl to rake the top so they did not have to mess with the stock glass at all - you might be able to find it on U-Tube

Here is a picture of mine with a 2 inch chop with the Gibbon roof and back panel. The windshield is tucked up into the roof so it did not need cut.
