I Am Rebuilding My 1985 351w And Would Like To Do A Non Emission Mild Performance Engine. I Have Done A Couple Of Engines But Always Put Everything Back Stock. I Would Like To Get Information On Exactly What It Would Take To Set This Up Properly. I Am Not Sure About Vacuum Lines Etc.. Any Info Or Resources Will Be Greatly Appreciated

I can give you some ball park figures Assuming that your crank and rods are OK. Pick what you want.
Machine work on lower end: Hot tank, magnaflux, decking, checking if needed align boring, cam bearings, press on pistons, and polishing or turning crank. $400-$500
Rings and Pistons : Kit from Summit including hypertheratic pistons, rings, rod bearings, main bearings, cam bearings, oil pump, gaskets and freeze plugs: $315
Cam and Lifters: $150 Call Crane or CompCams after you decide on what heads before buying.
Edelbrock manifold 4 barrel: Use Performer or Performer Air Gap $170 - $225
Carb : Holley 4160 600 CFM $275
Roller Rockers : Crane pedistal mount $200
Headers: Hedman Elete series $275
Fuel Pump Water Pump: $100
ARP Rod bolts and Head bolts: $85
Heads: Here is where you determine how mild or wild you go.
Stock heads without porting or you port - Machine shop work $300++ to deck, 3 angle valve job, replace necessary guides, New springs.
Stock heads professionally ported. $500+
GT40p heads $750
Aftermarket heads $900 - $2000
My motor cost me about $1800, but I did my own head porting and already had some of the parts.
