Chapter Websites

In the site announcements seciotn, Ken made a statement that Chapters will still have websites. I have not been able to find anything on setting one up, or linking it or anything.
Anyone know if this is hosted on FTE, or just something we set up externally?

Its hosted on FTE, but you need to PM Ken inorder to get access to it.
