Can't locate an owner manual for the wife's 94 Bronco. Might anyone know how much you can tow with the factory bumper?

I'm not sure what it is actually rated to, but I tow my 2500lb boat with no problems. I probably wouldn't go much heavier than that.

 

My 1995's manual says 4000 lbs, 400 lbs tongue weight.

 

I know I should of gotten smacked for it, but I used mine to pull a 4 horse trailer from Colorado to Oklahoma to pick up horses, (1 or 2 at a time at about 1000lbs each), and back again. Got a little loose on the front end a couple of times but that was also when I pulled during a snow storm. Otherwise, it did it. Not fast or anything, but it did make it without probs.

 

There is also a door panel sticker with GWR, inside the driver side door jam.
