What should I do?

I own a 1995 F-250 with a 351 and 4:10 gears. It sits decntly high and has decent ground clearance. I use it for some off roading. Nothing like what most of you dudes do on the weekends but I would like some opinions on what I should or can do to get serious about off roading with the budget of a college student that earns decent money in the summer and doesn't spend his money like it is going out of style. Right now I run 33's and they do real well. It has a lot of power. Lockers, lift, ????

pfffft, on the weekends? i go during the week 10 minutes before class, lol

well it sounds like you have a great base (a lot better then some with 1/2 ton drivetrain and an I-6) with it being a 3/4 ton and a nice motor! you're best bet would be to get a decent tire size and tread pattern to start with b/c that will have the biggest impact (i would highly suggest the TSL SSR's about 37" tall).

then start thinking into lockers which will have the second biggest impact. the detroits are hands down the strongest and most reliable. but for a DD i might even suggest an ARB but thats prolly a hair more cash than you wanna spend on that college budget! go to www.TracTech.com and browse around and see what they have in terms of lockers.... plenty of choices!

Factory rear LS rebuilt with extra clutches would do good in the rear then you could save for a detroit for the front or start saving for a solid front end.

If you want more lift, a shackle reversal in the front and a shackle flip in the rear will add a few inches and have the truck sitting level (and its cheap to do too), for now that all i can think off, i'll let you know if i think of anymore.
