347 stroker kit

I want some more power from my 302 so since my engine needs to be rebuilt (261,000) I will put a stroker kit in it. I'm also thinking about new heads, a cam and headers; as soon as i get enough money. I'm hoping to get a large increase in power from these mods so if you guys could give me any estimates that would be great. Thanks in advance.

If you plan on doing this the right way, a stroker will cost about $5000 to do. I was looking at the same thing and decided to swap to the 351W stock and get more for less.

Alot of people on here don't seem to care for the 347. It gives you more stroke but has short rods in it. This side loads the piston and wear the cylinder out sooner. Theres a 331 kit thats alot better.
