Yup. Sticks good to rough surfaces like rusted or blasted metal. Can peel off smooth metal especially if not prepped or aluminum. Use two coats to get a good hard finish. Make sure everything is bone dry before you start. Sponge brushes are economical, but tear apart on serious rust, so you might be better off with a cheap bristle brush. It can be sloppy and will permanently adhere to clothes. Not reccomended to spray. It's not a body filler so painted over rust will look like painted over rust. Gloss fades in sunlight to flat.
