In December my truck "died" while traveling at 60 mph. The diagnosis was "a loose wire in the alarm system". It has now happened again. This time an outside technician, in phone contact with the alarm installer, bypassed the alarm with no results. I also have a "Lifesaver" delay installed so I can have the engine run for awhile and cool down before shutting down. We disconnected the wireing harnes and reconnected the Ford harnes with no results. We can short the starter and the starter will crand but there is no fire to the enjectors.
The unit is a 2003 F 550 with the 6 Ltr PS engine and tork shift trans.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what is the solution?
