Blower motor working on high only ???

I've got an 89 ford ranger xlt, the blower motor will only work on the high speed only, no slow or med. It does not have a/c. Can anyone point me in what direction to check for, could it be in the switch or in the blower motor?

I'm thinking the blower resistors or the switch. I'd first check for power at the blower resistors.
