Inside ladder rack
I want to build an inside 6ft ladder rack for my 04, E-250 work van. I can't find any plans for the one I want to build. It has a light weight frame to hold the ladder. Then there are four legs that come down from inside of the roof, that make the frame into a swing. Two shock cords control the position of the frame, which is either up against the roof or down so you can slide the ladder off the frame. Has anyone seen the instructions for this DIY?
