engine probs
i got a 91 f150 with a 302 got a couple of months ago and noticed bad miledge poor performance blah blah blah ..had it in shop replaced fuel and oil pumps filters and wires and plugs. last month ran out of oil completly, when checking oil notice file shavings on dip stic. took to shop again they said engine was worn out but not covered under warrenty so they put in 20w50 oil and said every thing would be o.k two weeks later and am almost out of oil again. any suggestions

Oricle is correct, but check the oil a little more often and check to see if blue smoke is coming from your exhaust. Check the bottom of your air filter box for presence of oil. That would indicate blow-by as well. Sounds like it's time, though.
