AutoSpring kit install details
Hello all,
I'm getting ready to install my Autospring 2" kit on my 05 FX4 Screw and noticed that the instructions were a little vauge concerning torque specs and there were no pics of the install. Can anyone provide a little help here?

If you do a search using "torque specs" I think you can find it. I just did the same thing to my truck but went with the 2.5".
Anyways, the torque specs I found were as follows; the lower strut bolt is a whopping 250lbs, ball joint is 85lbs and upper strut mount to autospring is 25lbs (per "AS's instructions) and upper autospring to mount is 35lbs.
I found these values by searching this web-site and www.f150online so I'm only listing the results of my search and what I personally used for my truck. I assume no responsibility by providing this information.
BTW, if you don't own them already, you'll need a torque wrench rated to the 250lbs and a 30mm deep well socket. I rented both from the local autozone.
