6.0 King- I also purchased some of those off eBay. Good luck with yours.... sometimes we think we are getting a good deal only to end up paying the Ford price too......mine are fogging up on me. It started with the small marker one on the drivers side and now the headlight on the passenger side is clouding too! I guess I will try to vent them better before I replace them but I gotta take them out to do that!

They are a sealed unit with small air holes in the back side of them for venting. I need to remove mine and make sure the vent holes aren't plugged with their chroming process or something. Will update you when I have time to rip into them again.
