For a quite some time I have been looking at wheels for my 86 f-150 2 wheel drive. I was reading an issue of "Trukin" and there was a 71' f-150 with a set of Torque Thrust II's. I have been trying to find a set with a 5 x 5.5 bolt pattern but with no luck. If anyone knows where I can find these with the same bolt pattern please let me know.
Check out american racing, they seem to have a large variety of wheels with that pattern, also give the companies a cal as often time they can drill you a set of wheels with that pattern as it is a fairly common pattern.
there is virtually no cool wheels for our trucks with a 5 on 5.5 spacing. I got a set of american racing Hopster wheels on my 85 f150 and they are awsome.
Yee have no faith, you can pretty much any wheel you want in a 5.5 on 5 pattern, you just gotta call the wheel manf. and see if the can get you a set (if they can drill a 6 on 5.5 they should be able to do a 5.5 on 5). Remember quite a few of jeeps use the same 5 on 5.5 pattern.
Maybe it's out of your price range (about $325 or so each), but AR also makes TTII's custom, and that would include your offset and bolt pattern. You can get them chrome or polished.
Good luck!
