Squeaky Front End

I Have A 99 F-150 Sc 4x4. There Is An Annoying Squeak Comming From The Left Front, But Im Having Trouble Pin Pointing It. If Im Parked, U Can Hear It When U Turn The Wheel. I Can Hear It With Any Movement Of The Front Suspention...it Get Really Annoying And Embarrassing Pullling In Somewhere And Seeing Everyone Looking At U As U Go Squeaking By Over And Bump That May Be In The Road

On my 99 Scab 4x4 my upper control arm bushings squeek. I hit them up with some silicon spray and that eliminates it for a while. But I only hear mine going over a major bump like a speed bump.
